"Karen Sue's" is the name of Carlson Farms' very own bakery and cafe! Stop by on Friday from 3pm to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm to sample the amazing goodies available for purchase!

On Friday evenings, we serve street tacos and our "evening bakery case" (cookies, pies, brownies, and a small assortment of other goodies).

On Saturday, we serve our full breakfast menu with croissants, donuts, scones, and all our rotating specials!
